Mary Mattingly
Mary Mattingly creates sculptural ecosystems in urban spaces. She is founder of a floating food forest on a barge in New York City called “Swale” and recently transformed a military trailer into a social space at the Museum of Modern Art’s Cullman Center. In 2015, she completed a two part sculpture for the International Havana Biennial with the Museo National de Belles Artes de la Habana and installed a bridge under water in Des Moines called “Wading Bridge”.
