Mr. Tim Stranges


Tim Stranges is an Adjunct Professor at Montgomery College where he teaches mediation and conflict resolution courses. He is a mediator with the Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County (CRCMC), the District Court of Maryland and the Montgomery County Office of Human Rights. In 2014 he was named CRCMC’s Volunteer of the Year. He has mediated for over 15 years. Currently Mr. Stranges serves as Co-President of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution and as Convener of the Concordia Mediators Discussion Group. Prior to becoming a mediator, he spent over 25 years working as a Senior Manager in the field of human resources in a number of Federal Government Agencies.. For three years he served in the Peace Corps, teaching English to high school students in Morocco, North Africa. Mr. Stranges has a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from American University.
