Shira Taylor Gura is the author of Getting unSTUCK: Five Simple Steps to Emotional Well-Being. Her book is an Amazon #1 best-seller and a 2017 winner of the International Book Award in self-help. As a well-being coach, she facilitates workshops, retreats and individual coaching sessions to teach people how to get unstuck in their lives and relationships. She created The S.T.U.C.K Method to guide people on how to turn their "stuck" spots into sources of energy and positive change. Shira created the S.T.U.C.K Method by drawing on her training as an occupational therapist and yoga instructor.
