Pat Ottmann
Pat is the publisher owner of three regional magazines, Business in Calgary and Business in Edmonton and Farming For Tomorrow. Pat's national magazine, Canadian Funeral News, serves the funeral profession. Pat has spent close to 30-years in the publishing business in many industries and sectors. Pat also owns and operates a 3200 acre agriculture operation that runs cattle and grains in NE Saskatchewan. All his business ventures are done with his business partner and brother Tim since they incorporated their first business in 1992. Pat is involved with many charities and community organizations, but is most active in a charity known as Business for Calgary Kids. Along with a group of dedicated Calgary business people, this group has raised over $2M for kids in the City of Calgary. Pat's wife Jackie is a Vice Provost at the U of S. His son, Cole will be graduating from ACAD in the spring of 2018 and his daughter from Ryerson in the spring of 2018.
