James JT Holt
James “JT” Holt is a Quality Control Inspector for the Department of the Navy/Marine Corp Logistics Base. He has over 25 years of experience and is also a trained mentor. He has mentored, coached and lead government employees in government and the private sector. He counts the shows host,Bernard E. Robinson, as one of his mentors and was honored to endorse his book, “The Skills of an Effective Leader.” Growing up in Pineview, GA, with 7 siblings, JT learned to lead, follow or get squashed! He was reared by his mom and grandmother and after graduating from Wilcox County High School in Rochelle, GA, he joined the Army and served in Desert Shield/Storm before being honorably discharged from the Army in 1991. He has been a government contractor for Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Lear Siegler. He is often called “Mr. 24 Hours” because if you give him an issue, even if complex, in 24 hours he will have you a way forward. He is truly a leader for the ages and with great compassion.
