Raumond Mayo
Raumond D. Mayo is the VP of Reconditioning Operations at driversselect. He has over 23 years of experience as a management professional in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of management and leadership positions with CarMax, Pep Boy’s, and AutoZone, including lean production management, human resources, project management, and audit compliance. Through industry experience and advanced education in organizational change management, he has driven the growth of a lean management culture with continuous improvements, strategic thinking, and innovation. He has been integral in creating a landscape for building an organizational culture that embraces change, quality and diversity. Raumond has a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and is a proud veteran, having served 8 years in the US Army and also having worked in law enforcement. He counts serving 3 terms as a Dallas County Grand Jury Foreman among his proudest accomplishments.
