Prescott Ellison
Prescott Ellison is a Grammy Award-Winning drummer, composer, author and inventor-turned
entrepreneur. He has toured, recorded and performed worldwide for 25 years with the top
musicians of his generation.
Over the past decade, Prescott pursued his passion for nutrition, fitness and education. While
touring in concert, Prescott spent his free time adapting and fine tuning his own personal
nutrition and fitness programs. He is the author of "Fit To Travel: A Travelers guide to Nutrition
and Fitness.”
Prescott, 51, would go on to develop product lines to help busy professionals stay fit as well as
teach children the importance of nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyles.
Ellison Lifestyle Group’s core product platform is SuperFood Friends, a K-5 elementary school
Nutritional Fitness Enrichment program build around 100 cartoon characters, children’s books
and school curricula. Prescott also created a patented compact exercise device, called The
Body Bench.
