Don Soldinger


Don Soldinger has had the ultimate success at both the high school and collegiate levels. In his 12 seasons as a high school head coach in South Florida prep football he compiled a record of 104-35-1 at Southridge High, winning two state championship in four appearances, and twice being selected Coach of the Year. He has coached some outstanding backs including Edgerrin James, Willis McGahee, Clinton Portis, James Jackson, Danyell Ferguson, Frank Gore, Najeh Davenport and Jarrett Payton. Coach Soldinger is a native of Miami Beach and graduated from Memphis State University with a B.S. in physical education. He and his wife Phyllis have two sons, Joel and Jeff. He's a consultant and continues to work with different football camps.
