Howard Ting
Howard is a co-founder & Managing Partner of Considea Consulting & helps CEO-level clients & their teams thrive. This includes creating high-performing organizations & teams, coaching senior executives, & clarifying & aligning on vision & strategy. Howard has deep expertise in supporting & enabling leaders to lead significant organization change efforts.
Prior to Considea, Howard was a senior engagement manager at The Trium Group, a boutique consultancy focused on the intersection of strategy, leadership, & culture. Howard was a Senior Director at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, where he led part of the organisation’s new markets strategy & product development. Howard worked in Accenture's Strategy practice in San Francisco advising Fortune 500 clients on corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, new market entry, marketing, & customer support.
Howard earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley & an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
