Tom Finn is President of Tom Finn Associates, Inc.(http://lifelineconsulting.com/our-people/tom-finn), a highly successful management consulting firm that has been in existence for more than twenty-five years. Both nationally and internationally, in private companies, governmental agencies, and non profit organizations, Tom has consulted on organizational system change efforts, coached leaders, led team building efforts, and trained leaders in the areas of leadership and cultural diversity. His clients include Harvard University, World Bank, the U.S. Navy, Verizon, E Trade Financial, and both public and private sector leaders in Pakistan and seven Latin American countries, among many others. He has written articles in the areas of employee empowerment, diversity, and team development.
