Cole Torode & Dave Crosby
David Crosby and Cole Torode, native Calgarian brothers, have used their passion of entrepreneurship to develop and grow their business Rosso Coffee Roasters. They currently operate approximately 10 cafes, manage a wholesale network north of 100 accounts, and travel the world purchasing from local producers in developing nations. Cole graduated from Webber Academy, while Cole decided on Acadia University. Both had a passion to see the world, and investing their entrepreneurial spirit into a business. In 2012 Rosso came to be. Cole devoted himself to his passion of coffee and sharing that knowledge with other, becoming Director of Coffee. Dave has a hands-on presence in training, procurement and many other aspects of the business as CEO.
