Stacy Kimrey
Stacy Kimrey is from Belmont, North Carolina, and now resides in south Charlotte with her husband, Ryan, and two beautiful, young children. Stacy started in the mortgage business upon graduation from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has worked in all areas of the mortgage industry; from processing to originating to wholesale lending. She served on the Board of Directors of the NC Assoc. of Mortgage Professionals for 12 years and was President in 2008, all while originating as a top producer. In 2014, Stacy partnered with her hometown and college friend, Erin Finnen, to form Team LBD. Their mission was to roll out the red carpet for their clients and referral sources by creating tailor-made mortgages that would WOW their clients at every turn. Together they have become one of Charlotte’s top producing and premier mortgage teams, all while maintaining the personal client relationship.
