Shawn Waldron, MSN, RN, CNML
Shawn Waldron MSN, RN, CNML a nurse since 2005, starting with ADN from North Central Technical College (Wausau, WI). He worked Cardiac Surgery Care from 2005-2006 at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Trained in a Cardiac Cath Lab at St. Mary's Hospital (Madison, WI) from 2006-2011. He led the transition to EPIC in his Unit. In 2011, he transitioned to Trauma/Surgical Care Unit at UW Hospitals & Clinics (Madison, WI), where he completed his BSN though the BSN@Home Program at University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2013, he adventured to Anchorage AL, & worked in the Cardiac Care Unit prior to first leadership role as the Asst. Cl. Man. of the unit. He led many improvement projects: Clinical Alarm, Code Blue Response, was chair of the hospital's Code Committee and more. MS Nrsg Admin. & Leadership though The George Washington U. in Washington, DC. Shawn moved to MN for a Nurse Mgr. role at Fairview Ridges Hosp. for ICU, Vascular Access & Inpatient Dialysis. He led the Pyxis upgrade/improvement project and serves as chair of the Emerg. Med. Response Committee.
