Jimmy and Sonya Yeary are part of The Issacs, a multi-award winning family group who began singing over 35 years ago. The vocalists are siblings Ben Isaacs, Sonya Yeary, Rebecca Bowman and their mother, Lily Isaacs, who is the daughter of Jewish Holocaust survivors.
The Isaacs have a unique style that blends tight family harmony with acoustic instrumentation that appeals to audiences. Their musical style is influenced by many genres including bluegrass, R&B, folk, country and southern gospel. They have collectively and individually appeared on many artists’ albums including Reba, Dolly Parton, Alabama, Trisha Yearwood, Merle Haggard, Paul Simon, Trace Adkins, Vince Gill and many others.
The Isaacs perform frequently at the Grand Ole Opry. Their newest album, Nature’s Symphony in 432, was nominated for a Grammy and 2 Dove awards. They feel blessed to travel and spread the message of hope and grace through song and story.
