DONNA CARPENTER
Donna Carpenter has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. She entered the worked at Aetna Life & Casualty/Travelers Insurance. There she started as a casualty rep eventually specializing in attorney represented bodily injury claims. During her time there she earned her AIC degree from Insurance Institute of America. Her last few years with Aetna/Travelers she was a corporate trainer, focusing on topics such as time management, dispute resolution and customer service.
In 1999 she joined Erie Insurance Group in Columbus, Oh. There she began as a multiline adjuster handling both property and casualty. As Erie moved into specialization Donna found her love in property. In 2005 Donna was promoted to Property Supervisor.
In 2014 Donna retired from insurance and moved to Jamaica where she opened her own business. In 2017 Hurricane Irma passed through and Donna is currently working as an independent examiner assigned to a local carrier in Clearwater, FL.
