Perron Goodyear


As Emergency Disaster Services Director for The Salvation Army’s Canada & Bermuda Territory, Perron Goodyear provides valuable leadership to its operations across the territory.
Perron’s specialties include incident management, crisis intervention and communications. Perron has served as The Salvation Army’s Incident Commander at numerous incidents, including response to the Goderich tornado in 2011, as well as on the Army’s Incident Command team in Galveston, Texas in October 2008 following Hurricane Ike. He also assisted in establishing The Salvation Army’s Incident Command Team and served as Operations & Logistics Chief for the Southern Alberta Flood Response in 2013. In July 2015 he served as Public Information Officer for The Salvation Army's response to Saskatchewan wildfires and most recently he was deployed as Incident Commander for The Salvation Army's response to wildfires in Alberta in 2016.
