Kirk Young
Kirk Young grew up in Northeast Wisconsin and developed a passion for guns early, along with deer and duck hunting. His passion for guns continued into high school, where he shot trap competitively. Later on in life, Kirk became interested in long-range precision rifles and started hosting precision rifle related podcasts in 2013, with the intention of learning everything he could about the sport and its following. Kirk started competing shortly thereafter, which provided an outlet to practice his skills and meet other shooters and experts in the industry.
Kirk’s passion for precision rifle shooting and competing has only continued to grow. He currently resides in South Dakota with his wife and son and attends as many tactical-practical, and FCSA 50 caliber benchrest matches as possible in his free time.
