George Cruz is a Claim Manager is responsible for managing a team of Field Adjusters and ensuring each client is achieving an enhanced customer experience.
George has over 24 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Prior to George’s current role, George spent over 14 years in the field handling Property claims including large loss Personal and Commercial Property. Ten (10) years was dedicated to the development and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers for claim quality and vendor management. Over the span of his career, George held positions such as Director of Claims Quality, Manager of Claims and Home Office consultant.
