David Chipps
Dave Chipps, an Ohio resident and owner of David A. Chipps & Associates, Inc., has been actively involved in the insurance industry for over 27 years. As a former law enforcement Officer and Detective of the Shaker Heights Ohio Police Department for 18 years, he then became involved in the insurance industry working in the Special Investigations Unit with CNA Insurance Company for 10 years.
Dave's passion for fraud prevention was then shared with the insurance industry when he founded David A. Chipps & Associates in 2000. Since then, he has provided his knowledge of fraud recognition and investigation techniques with the industry through training as well as providing investigations on potentially fraudulent claims. Dave works nationally and has assisted multiple carriers not only in training, but he also provides investigation services for carriers with demonstrated results saving multiple carriers in the multi-millions of dollars on fraudulent claims.
