Throughout the span of over two decades, Shelly has successfully ran numerous memory care facilities as well as owned various assisted living care homes. She has also been dedicated to providing caregiving certification supervisory through manager levels. Furthermore, Shelly and her family have been running a security company that creates software and hardware for military bases and government facilities alike.
Shelly was the Co-founder of Navigating the Healthcare Puzzle for Dementia and an Aging Population, which has a number of events with hundreds of attendees.
