Joel Rasmussen
Joel Rasmussen and his wife Dani took an entrepreneurial leap when they had the dream to create the very first coffee carts at the University of Montana in the 1990's. Later moving to Austin, Texas in 1999, Joel and Dani embarked on a new pursuit to create one of the most successful vacation property rental companies. Owning ten beautifully furnished boutique rental homes near downtown Austin, Soco Spaces has created the standard for vacation rentals, right down to every detail including delicious coffee! Joel Rasmussen is a best-selling author for his 2013 book, "Vacation Rental Success Vol 1: From Start to Profit." And in 2006, Joel produced the highly acclaimed music documentary, "Before the Music Dies." Joel is very active in the Austin music scene and business community.
