Maribel Cruz, Ph.D.
Dr. Maribel Cruz joined Talent Plus’ in-depth analysis team as a writing analyst and currently holds the title of Director. In this capacity, she works with client partners in the selection, retention and development of leadership talent, including succession planning. Dr. Cruz is also involved in internal education efforts such as curriculum development, teaching and coaching associates.
