Jeffrey Newman
Jeffrey Newman joined Boyd Coffee Company in 2010 as President and CEO, following the company owners David Boyd and Dick Boyd’s move to the position of Co-Chairmen of the Board.
Newman has more than 27 years of experience in the foodservice industry, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer/Vice President and General Manager of Columbus Distributing, LLC, in San Francisco CA, a family-owned purveyor of fine foods and distributor of many other specialty and gourmet foods. Newman has also held senior executive roles with TVG, Clark Foodservice, Rykoff-Sexton and Beecham, U.S.A. He has an extensive background in food-industry management, marketing, sales and operations, which includes strategic planning, crossfunctional team building and the execution of profit-driven business plans.
