Glickstein is a PHN, health policy expert & broadcast journalist. She is the Director of Communication, Media Projects at the Center for Health Policy & Media Engagement at George Washington University School of Nursing. Researcher, campaign builder & media strategist for Carolyn Jones Productions for the feature-length documentaries, The American Nurse, Defining Hope & the multimedia project, Dying in America. Glickstein produced & hosted HealthCetera, a weekly program on public radio in New York City, now a podcast series. She puts a human face on important social issues. She’s been called upon as an expert on public health issues in a wide variety of media coverage, from Entertainment Weekly to national public television. She is the author of “Human Trafficking: The Need for Nurse Advocacy” & co-author of “The Role of Media in Influencing Policy: Getting the Message Across in Policy and Politics in Nursing and Health Care”, 6th Ed.
