Celeste is a retired, honorary 3-Star General (Emeritus), selected by the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon to serve as a civic leader. Her company FYVE STAR, Inc is a defense contractor for Aircraft and Runway de-icers worldwide.
Celeste is a serial entrepreneur and role model. She was featured by Forbes in its “Most Powerful Women” issue and selected as a National SBA Conference Success Story.
She served on White House committees for Women and Girls Lead, NAWBO and others. She was given the Women’s Leadership Live Award as Women’s Leader for Outstanding Vision, Dedication and Commitment to Excellence, and the Arts for Peace Global Peace Leader.
