Alie Hogan, BA
Also known as Alie, Alissa has been in healthcare since 2001 and recruiting since 2005. She has five years of experience in the kidney dialysis industry and eight years in not-for-profit faith based health systems. She has experience recruiting for all kinds of healthcare roles but she keeps coming back to her first love, nurse recruitment. As a former social worker she says the heart that brings people to nursing speaks to her own heart and talking to nurses all day renews her faith in humanity. She often jokes that her title should not be "Recruiter", but "Nurse Groupie."
Alie received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Drake University. She also pursued a Masters in Health Care Administration from DePaul University before redirecting her career from social services to human resources.
