Stacy Carson is a seasoned recruiter with 17 years of demonstrated success in the healthcare recruitment industry. Stacy is currently a Team Lead with Talent Fusion by Monster. Prior to Talent Fusion, Stacy spent seven years working in RPO as a Senior Nurse Recruiter and Program Delivery Leader. Stacy has experience in the corporate setting as a Senior Nurse Recruiter/HR Generalist for large healthcare organizations. Beyond Stacy's expertise in healthcare recruiting, she maintains her RN license and has worked as a Director of Nursing, Clinical Sales Consultant, as well as a Staff Nurse in both Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care. Stacy holds a degree in nursing and a Master of Science in Health Care Management. She also received her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2009.
