Marc Heisterkamp
Marc Heisterkamp is Vice President, Strategic Relationships for the U.S. Green Building Council, where he is focused on market and mission development. As a long-standing and senior member of USGBC's team Marc holds both sector and geographic leadership roles. Marc's role encompasses organizational and growth responsibility for a number of industry sectors globally, including commercial real estate, corporate real estate, residential financial services, and professional services/consulting firms. In 2017 Marc assumed leadership for the USGBC's work in the western United States, including the organization's local community presence. In these roles Marc works closely with the team to set priorities, grow relationships and increase the market share of green building in the industry. Marc is a people-centric leader focused on aligning organizational priorities and the career progression and personal interests of team members.
