Shaun Bradley
Shaun Bradley is the People Director at Perkbox. Perkbox is a growing company offering solutions to companies large and small in the field of employee engagement. The company purpose is ‘helping to build a society, one relationship at a time’ and Shaun believes it is critical that the mission is lived by everyone within Perkbox and his role is to help make that happen. Although the role of People Director encompasses all aspects of HR, the focus is on developing leaders that have the ability to engage their teams with passion, consistent with the Perk-box values. His personal mission is to create and deliver initiatives that foster a high-performance culture that encourages people to bring their most awesome self to work and make a meaningful contribution to Perkbox everyday.
