Ron Carucci
Ron is a seasoned consultant who works with CEOs and senior executives from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups, including some of the world’s most influential CEOs. He has led work on several large-scale merger integrations and subsequent culture change initiatives as well as enterprise-level global organizational redesigns. He is passion about helping executive teams and their enterprises redesign themselves to ensure the current and next generation of leaders have the capabilities required by the organization.
Ron has authored/co-authored of eight books, including the most recent best-selling Rising to Power: The Journey of Exceptional Executives (2014) as well as the acclaimed Leadership Divided, What Emerging Leaders Need and What You Might Be Missing (2006). He has written numerous articles and book chapters on the issues of executive leadership and organizational change.
