Tina Johnson, RN-MSN, CFRN, CPEN, CEN, CMTE
Tina Johnson has been a nurse since 1992 when she started working at a Regional Hospital Emergency Department. She has since then worked as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, a Pediatric Flight Nurse, a Pediatric Emergency Nurse, A pediatric Trauma Coordinator, and a Community Based Rotor Wing Nurse. During the last 10 years she has worked in management roles while maintaining clinical shifts in these areas. She is now the President of the Air and Surface Transport Nurses Association as well as the Eastern Region Transport Provider Advanced Trauma Course Director. Tina speaks at multiple conferences around the country and helps with publications for ASTNA as well. Currently, she functions as the Assistant Manager for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Air and Ground Transport Team.
