I am Len Jefferson-Springer, Food Wellness Advocate and Recipe Developer My approach to wellness is based on S.O.U.L. foods (seasonal, organic, unprocessed, and/local). My goal is for busy women to get back into pouring love into themselves by eating real fast food and living well, what I call nourishing your gift. The same way that one cannot pour from an empty cup, in-kind how can we pour into others when we don’t nourish ourselves first? Our food is meant to heal us and enhance our lives and I believe it is the highest form of gratitude to give to ourselves. The recipes that I develop takes 30 minutes or less to prepare. I provide quick, healthy, and easy meal and holistic lifestyle solutions because as busy women you don’t want to be in the kitchen all day.
