Marina Illich Ph.D. is a Columbia and Oxford educated executive coach and leadership consultant. She provides 1:1 coaching and leadership facilitation for global biotech/high-tech organizations, private equity firms, and startups.
Marina coaches from the philosophy that self-management is a top skill leaders need to stay competitive in today's global marketplace. She focuses on helping clients leverage mindfulness and EQ to optimize agility, secure followership, and lead with the innovation mindset that secures consistent business wins.
Previously, Marina was a scholar and adjunct instructor of Buddhism at New York University and Columbia University. She spent 5 years in Asia researching how Buddhist leaders leverage presence, focus and resilience to foster leadership excellence.
Marina earned a Ph.D. from Columbia University in New York City and holds a PCC certification from the ICF. She serves on the faculty of New Ventures West, a global coaching institute
