Robert “Rob” Coward


Born in 1954 and raised on Oahu, Hawaii, Rob is the son of a military family. He enlisted in the US Air Force in 1972, and served as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician and Instructor.
After the service he joined the Civil Service as a DoD employee, serving 38 years total federal service. In 1993 Rob transferred into an advisory position to an Air Force Civil Engineer unit, the only DoD operational civilian embedded in a 400-person mobility unit. He’s served in over 35 countries providing combat engineer support to other units of US and foreign militaries.
He has provided assistance to hotspots such as Hurricane Katrina, the Middle East, including Afghanistan and Iraq. For eight years he stayed frequently deployed serving in Afghanistan, Iraq, Krzgystan, Kuwait, Quatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Emirates.
Serving in the war brought him to a place of understanding that while armies may vanquish, love wins. He’s has transitioned from Warrior to Spiritual Warrior.
