Andy Wood - Senior Vice President, D3D Cinema, BirdlyVR
Andy oversees business strategy, project development and theater partnerships for D3D, serves as a producer on D3D’s original productions, and played an integral role in the company’s establishment. Andy joined D3D’s large-format/IMAX sister company Giant Screen Films in 2006 and serves in a similar business development and film production capacity for both companies. Prior to D3D and GSF, Andy served as Director of Business Operations at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia where he managed multiple theatrical venues. With degrees in Zoology and Film Production from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, he is passionate about natural history documentary film making.
