Martha Rosenberg
Martha Rosenberg is a nationally recognized public health reporter who covers the food, drug and firearm industries. She contributes to British Medical Journal (BMJ), Consumer Reports, Consumers Digest, Bill Moyers’ news organization, Public Citizen, the Annenberg Center for Health Journalism at the University of Southern California at San Francisco and the Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard University. She also contributes chapters to academic and medical textbooks. Rosenberg’s FDA expose, Born with a Junk Food Deficiency was named as part of One Book One Chicago in 2016 and praised by Public Library of Science, Library Journal, Reference and Research Book News, the Chicago Sun-Times and Vice. Rosenberg serves as editorial cartoonist at the Evanston RoundTable and won a Northern Illinois Newspaper Association award for her work in 2017. Rosenberg has appeared on CSPAN, National Public Radio and lectured at the medical school and university levels.
