Donna Minkowitz
Donna Minkowitz is the author of the memoir Growing Up Golem, which Kirkus lauded for bringing "a defiant, playful energy to writing about her difficult and dark past," and Lilith called “fascinating, compulsively readable… With fierce imagination and compelling prose.” She won a Lambda Literary Award for her first memoir, Ferocious Romance, and has also written for The New York Times Book Review, Slate, Salon, The Nation, New York magazine, and Ms. Minkowitz was a columnist for the Village Voice for seven years, and is the winner of a GLAAD Media Award.
