Jim Bryant
Jim began his career at SBA by underwriting low interest rate loans for businesses experiencing economic loss as a result of natural disasters.
After two years, he transferred to the Sacramento District Office, and for the next fifteen years, served as a loan underwriter for both of SBA’s primary loan programs – the 7a small business guaranteed loan program and the 504 debenture loan program.
Jim took on his current role as Deputy District Director for the Sacramento District Office. In this role he assists the District Director in the delivery of SBA services to 21 Northern California counties located between San Joaquin in the south and the Oregon border.
Jim has served 32 years with the U. S. Small Business Administration, all of which have been in Sacramento. He has a BS in Business Administration and a MBA Degree in Finance
