Terri Howard

As FEI Senior Director, Howard is responsible for working with corporate clients to ensure that their companies are prepared for, can respond to, and can recover from a crisis incident. She also is responsible for coordinating the people support and psychological first aid services for those impacted by a crisis incident. Howard is experienced in developing drills and exercises aimed at testing current crisis management plans and procedures. Howard has an extensive training background, specializing in topics that include Implicit Bias, Leadership Development, Bullying & Harassment, Teamwork, Anger Management, and Workplace Violence Prevention. She has spoken at numerous conferences, giving keynote presentations, facilitating interactive workshops, and leading panel discussions. Howard has contributed to several international standards and guidelines on crisis management and workplace violence prevention, including those of ASIS and the FBI.
