Originating from the open air of the Pacific Northwest, Katie began her professional career as an architectural photographer and marketing creative for a leading developer along the Pacific Coastline of Mexico. Focusing heavily on property development and international marketing, she contributed to several successful land purchases, subdivisions and marquee sales in Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta and Careyes. With a continued passion for real estate and a thirst for larger scale urban development, she made her way to Manhattan, where she traded in her camera to pursue a full time career assisting clientele identify their dream homes.
