Lois Hall

Lois Hall

Lois Hall lives in Westerville, Ohio. She earned two Bachelor’s Degrees -- one in Biology and the other in Education -- from Bowling Green State University. Lois received her Master’s Degree in Preventive Medicine from the Ohio State University, College of Medicine. Professionally, she’s enjoyed a long and exciting career in Public Health at the Ohio Department of Health and then with the Ohio Public Health Association. It was her work in Public Health that lead her to the Grief Recovery Method. In 1998, she trained and certified by John James, one of the founds of The Grief Recovery Institute. Lois strongly believes that unresolved grief is a major and largely unaddressed public health issue. Today, she works to bridge her love of public health and Grief Recovery to “make a difference, one life at a time.” Lois provides both group and one-on-one Grief Recovery Support Group programs, as well as the six-session program for When Children Grieve.
