Sonia Figueroa
Sonia started at a small brokerage learning old-school forms of prospecting. Having learned the ropes in the real estate field she opened up her own firm in 2008 at the height of the economic recession with 15 agents. She became certified as a women minority owner with the City of Chicago, Cook County and the State of IL and has actively participated in opportunities with Illinois government entities. She worked with the IL Housing Development Authority throughout Chicago and Suburbs. Sonia is also an advocate of realtor safety in 2017 she was featured in the Chicago Tribune and NBC channel 5 news for being a female realtor with a conceal and carry license
