Joan Mancusco
Joan Mancuso has been living with metastatic breast cancer since 2007. She was originally diagnosed with stage II disease in 2003. For SHARE, she facilitates a national telephone support group twice a month for people with metastatic breast cancer. She also contributes stories about scientific research and breast cancer care in advanced disease to SHARE’s Mets Matters newsletter.Joan also provides input on scientific grant proposals at Columbia University’s Institute for Cancer Genetics and at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
