Currently works as a recruitment specialsit at Bender Consulting Services, Inc. Bender Consulting Services is a for profit company dedicated to creating competitive employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Gerald focuses recruiting for the company's private sector customers. Also serves as the chair of the Bender Lead On Team. The Bender Lead On Team is a community of students with disabilities managed through social media avenues such as Facebook and Twitter. The team has a strong focus on anti-bullying efforts for students and adults with disabilities. In addition, Gerald manages the company's overall social media presence, provide some minor in house technical support, and accessible technology services. He attended Duquesne University for two years pursuing a degree in Music Technology with a emphasis on Composition before jumping at the opportunity to work full-time at Bender. He continues to perform and compose music professionally.
