Jvonne Hubbard
As a child and young adult in the U.S south struggling through the grips of poverty, Jvonne Hubbard worked stints as a waitress, a wrestling valet, an aid to seniors and a magician’s assistant.
Her memoir, White Sheets To Brown Babies (March 2018, Sakshi Press) tells the story of her upbringing in a broken home headed, in part, by the Grand Dragon of a North Carolina faction of the KKK, and her eventual intentional break with the circumstances of her early life.
Jvonne Hubbard is an ACE certified Personal Fitness Trainer, an AHF certified Holistic Yoga Specialist and the devoted mother to two special needs children. She lives with her husband in Tennessee.
