Dr. Mary Tilak
Dr. Tilak is an astute, collegial & accomplished physician leader who drives population health through innovative clinically integrated care delivery. Her passion is in leading change towards attaining: better patient access & experience, better population health, and lower cost. Mentored by her mother, a physician and entrepreneur, Dr. Tilak followed her vision to develop a clinically integrated preventive & primary care service organization. As the founder and medical director, she continues to inspire, energize, unite and lead her team to dynamically strategize & innovate, obsessively measure & improve, and embrace patient centered care delivery. She believes in and promotes co-production of healthcare with the community through social media and her radio platforms, in addition to direct interactions. Dr. Tilak seeks to engage her experience in IT integration, cross disciplinary collaboration and lean process improvement to improve health and financially strengthen organizations.
