Barbara Deutsch is a dynamic teacher and creative Career Coach with over 35 years experience both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, coaching clients from all facets of the entertainment industry, including writers, directors, actors, directors of photography, showrunners, and more. Some of her clients have worked on projects including The Twilight trilogy, Glee, Mad Men, Parks & Recreation, Justified) and Broadway (Jersey Boys, Next to Normal, Newsies)
She is the creator and producer of entertainment intensive seminars, Occupy Your Career, In The Biz, and Find Your Competitive Edge, including the development of curriculum and casting of industry panel of speakers.
Barbara is also the author of “OPEN UP OR SHUT UP: How to Talk Your Way Into or Out of Anything”, a communication handbook for the entertainment industry.
