Debra Horn
Debra Horn has been a speaker/Trainer for over 20+ years, which was her second business. Her first business was creating personalized greeting cards. She is a graduate of Bradley University, in Peoria, IL with a degree specializing in Psychology, Sociology and International Studies; and a graduate of the Joseph Business School, in Forest Park, IL in 2010; and a graduate of the Goldman Sac 10,000 Small Business Initiative. Currently, she is the only Black Female in the United States who has 100% ownership of a welding school called the Illinois Welding School since Oct 29, 2008. Debra and her husband, Delano Horn of 5 years of marriage, have empowered hundreds of students with the ability to learn to weld and become employed. In Fall of 2017, the school was excited to receive the status of becoming nationally accredited through the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). She has written a book called “Job Search Made Simple”.
