Kolin Thomas
Kolin Thomas is the General Manager of Doughbird - Pizza & Rotisserie, the latest Sam Fox Restaurant in Arcadia. Mr. Thomas has successfully operated other restaurants from Fox Restaurant Concepts such as The Greene House, Blanco Tacos & Tequila, and The Henry to name a few. Although originally from the Midwest, he attended New Mexico State University where he studied Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Management and began his love for the industry. Now a Phoenix native, he’s accumulated over 20 years experience and has become a pillar in the local Food & Beverage scene. Kolin is a mentor to many, yet a student of the craft and considers himself a true Hospitalitarian!
