Kathy Schrag
In current position Kathy is responsible for the daily operations of Epilepsy Alliance (EAO) and for establishing a forward looking strategy that evaluates the current strengths and services of the Epilepsy Alliance with the ever changing needs of the clients and communities the EAO serves. Responsible for all 58 EAO employees with eleven employees directly reporting. Responsible for developing and overseeing the EAO annual operating budget, monthly monitoring and making changes as needed. Provides oversight on all programs and services offered by EAO. Responsible for directing all key fundraising events, soliciting corporate sponsors and the marketing of all events.
Prior to that was director of Residential Services/Fundraising from June 1992-December 2006. Responsible for the supervision of four residential facilities for adults providing 24 hour care
Ms. Schrag is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Social work and Criminal Justice.
